General Information
The exhibit space will be in Independence Ballroom A. AAVMC will maintain a registration/information booth onsite throughout the fair. Table assignments will be prioritized based on the order they are received in the registration system.
Career Fair kicks off at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 4. Attendance has typically hovered around 4-500 in the past, primarily composed of high school, middle school, and elementary school students. Multiple information sessions occur throughout the fair, in the rooms adjacent to the exhibition hall.
Exhibitors should check in at the AAVMC Registration & Information Table at 1:30 p.m. to obtain table assignments.
Benefits
This is one of the only career fairs of its kind, and a rare chance to reach out to young people interested in the veterinary medical profession.
Standard exhibit space is defined as a 6' long draped table, two chairs, and two bottles of water.
Height and depth of the exhibit space is limited. If you have space questions or special needs, contact Andrew Zoeller at 202.371.9195, ext. 110, or via email at azoeller@aavmc.org.
